Their current sales organization is currently run by our CEO, and he needs help, as their marketing team is generating more leads as the business scales to an exciting new phase. So, they are looking for a Sales Development Manager to work closely with the CEO, along with broader team, to ensure we close and win a greater number of opportunities, and cement our reputation as a top boutique Ecommerce agency in the country.
The role of the sales team is to work with qualified leads, understand merchant requirements, and work with our various departments (design, development, strategy, client success, and project management) to propose solutions. These solutions include meaningful upfront requirements gathering, estimation, and strategic input. We separate ourselves from the competition by investing heavily in the sales process, earning new clients by showing impressive upfront commitment, and a strong strategic perspective.
