Kevin is the founder and CEO of Jarvis Recruitment Group. As a CEO he is responsible for the day-to-day running of worldwide operations, providing strategic direction to the group, and driving the vision and values across the global organization. His charismatic leadership, his passion, and drive are evident throughout the business.
Kevin has enjoyed a 20+ year career in the Recruitment sector. His career started as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the year 2000, working for SThree PLC, where he quickly developed into management opening a number of new brands, leading divisions and opening offices across Europe and North America. In 2010 he founded Frank Group USA where he rapidly grew the start-up to be an industry powerhouse, and successfully led them through 2 rounds of private equity investment. He founded Jarvis Recruitment Group in 2016.
Nicole has a passion for people and organization, with a phenomenal track record in human resources and operations. As the COO of Jarvis Recruitment Group, she is responsible for the global operation departments to make sure all components in the organizational ‘machine’ are running effectively.
As employees and customers wants and needs are changing at an unprecedented rate, the Jarvis Recruitment Group operational philosophies require constant attention: reorganization, reengineering, rebuilding, redesigning. Nicole enjoys the challenge to continue these never-ending projects while still keeping the ‘machine’ running and understanding our organization is made up of our greatest asset: our people. Her drive is her passion for people and knowledge, making JRG more agile and adaptable to constantly shifting market needs.
Rush started out his recruitment career at a well-known technology recruitment firm where he helped build several teams and new markets from the scratch. He was a perennial top-biller as an individual contributor and won numerous awards throughout his tenure while being a part of the organization for 8+ years.
He has a knack for building unbelievable relationships with his partners and is known for his ‘client first’ approach in the industry. He watched his previous firm grow from a 20-person office in downtown NYC to over a thousand across the US and was part of a successful exit in 2016. With almost 10 years of recruitment experience under his belt, Rush has joined Jarvis Elliott to start the SaaS division and continue to add value to technology companies in New York who are looking for strategic staffing expertise.
